Feb 01, 2010Immediate Action Needed on Therapy Caps All Medicare Beneficiaries Affected

Feb. 1, 2010: Because the Medicare therapy caps exceptions process expired as of Jan. 1, all Medicare beneficiaries once again are at risk for the cost of physical, speech and occupational therapy costs in excess of the annual caps. This year, the caps are $1,860 for physical and speech therapy combined and another $1,860 for occupational therapy for each beneficiary.
